Join us for the Olivia Hatfield Photography workshop on April 20th in the most charming southern style event space in Warsaw Kentucky and be immersed into the photography world of boudoir. Only 12 attendees will be able to join in order to give an intimate, exclusive experience, and to allow ample shooting time. 

The workshop will begin at 10:30 with a grazing meal and the sessions will begin at 11. The workshop will conclude at approximately 2 pm. 

TOPICS COVERED:

Finding the right light, Natural posing, Lust vs. Beauty, Shooting film, Boudoir pricing, Privacy, Outfit inspiration, Social Media, Studio spaces, & more. 

Space is limited for this workshop to 12 attendees. Please read below for more details & use the form to register.

This boudoir workshop will include four different models at four different settings to help you create a stunning boudoir portfolio. There will be no more than 3 photographer per 1 model, with 30 minute increments at each station. Along with the chance to photograph these editorials, there will also be an hour of teaching from Olivia Hatfield, where she will share her knowledge of boudoir that she has gained over the years. Olivia will provide a q&a at the end of the session, where no question is off the table. Olivia will work along side  you so you can ask questions while you are photographing the model. 

Ashlee, at Eva & Co. Events will also be assisting with the design and flow of the workshop. Ashlee will be at your disposal during the q&a to hear from a wedding planner first hand on how to best serve your bride leading up to the wedding day. 

There will be a small grazing meal where you will have the opportunity to network with other photographers who have a passion and excitement for boudoir. 

On your way out of the workshop, Olivia will be providing complimentary headshots.

The Hosts:

Ashlee is owner of EVA & Co. Events founded in southern hospitality and a love for creating memories. EVA & Co. has a deep passion for curating unique events for clients and their guests that goes far beyond a color palette on a mood board. Their love language is logistics and partnering with the top vendors to pull off the client’s dream event. With a team rooted in southern hospitality they are flexible as well as precise which is evident in their passion for each event. EVA & Co. Events has been published in Southern Bride, KY Bride, Belle Lumiere, The White Wren and more. Ashlee's newest adventure is founding President of WIPA Greater Cincinnati. 

Olivia Hatfield specializes in wedding, boudoir and lifestyle photography. Olivia has been serving Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati area for around 7 years now. Olivia finds joy in traveling to service couple from over the country and abroad as well. Olivia's number one priority is the client experience, next to delivering beautiful imagery. Olivia currently has a passion for photographing women to help them feel confident and comfortable in the skin they are in. Olivia is excited to help educate other photographers in the art of boudoir. 

The Details:

The work shop will take place on April 20th. The early bird price is $500. After March 25th, the price for the workshop will increase to $700. Upon your registration, you are required to pay a 50 percent retainer to reserve your spot. This retainer is non-refundable
Early bird rate: $500
$250 due at time of registration 

Rate after March 25: $700 
$350 due at time of registration 

Final Payment will be invoiced to the provided email and will be due 20 days prior to workshop on March 31st.

The inspiration behind the different sessions is celebrating the "little beauties" of the female body. Everything you see will feel very romantic, organic, and soft. 

While there is no set mood board, we still have a certain tone we hope to evoke with each  model. This workshop is about having your client feel confident while also feeling confident as a photographer when shooting these intimate moments. 

To the left, you will find a set of photos to help understand the tone of this workshop. 

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE DIFFERENT SESSIONS IS CELEBRATING THE "LITTLE BEAUTIES" OF THE FEMALE BODY. EVERYTHING YOU SEE WILL FEEL VERY ROMANTIC, ORGANIC, AND SOFT.

WHILE THERE IS NO SET MOOD BOARD, WE STILL HAVE A CERTAIN TONE WE HOPE TO EVOKE WITH EACH MODEL. THIS WORKSHOP IS ABOUT HAVING YOUR CLIENT FEEL CONFIDENT WHILE ALSO FEELING CONFIDENT AS A PHOTOGRAPHER WHEN SHOOTING THESE INTIMATE MOMENTS. We will also have one of the models in something a little more "fun" and Playful.
