The mission of Olivia Hatfield Photography is to preserve the human experience of love and celebration through natural and peaceful imagery.
Photographs are how people introduce their current selves to the world and their past selves to the future. The only way we can carry today’s reality into tomorrow is through tangible memories.
ELOPEMENTS
Film photography has a long standing history of being the truest and fullest expression of a moment. In today’s world of instant gratification and availability, film maintains a mystery that is made sweeter through patience. The grain and contrast gives it an enduring quality and tends to evoke more sentiment than its digital counterpart.
The Aesthetic
The balance between candid moments and reverent poses is achieved when the photographer has an eye for the values of the subject. A mother’s love must be equally captured in the in-between moments, such as placing the veil, and the formal, yet tender arm that is placed during portraits.
At Olivia Hatfield Photography the client experience is my number one priority next to delivering beautiful imagery.
As such, the first step in our journey together is to have a phone call where we establish chemistry and ensure that we will have a full understanding of each other. From your engagement session to your gallery delivery, my desire is to balance being approachable and available whilst stepping aside and allowing the moments to play out naturally.
Many of my clients have a trusted wedding planner that will be handling the logistical and design aspects of your wedding. It is equally important that I understand the process of each wedding planner to ensure that we make a cohesive team. Planners and clients can start the first step in my process by filling out the contact form. From there, I will guide you through the next steps.
02. Our Meeting
After you inquire, and I review all you information, I will either speak to your planner directly or I will set up a phone call with you. I talk to ALL potential clients on the phone.
03. Booking
You made the decision to jump on board to have me as your wedding photographer. We have built a custom proposal that is tailored to your wedding day.
04. Timeline
Your planner and I will work together in confirming the final timeline for your wedding to ensure that we capture all the important moments.
05. Your Wedding
This part is very self explanatory! You will be in amazing hands as your vendor team and I will take care of everything that is needed.
06. The Images
I will begin editing your photos and you will receive your photos via online gallery 8 weeks from the wedding.
07. The Tangibles
You'll have the option to add heirloom keepsakes when booking, or after your event. This can be a full wedding album, box prints, and/or a matching parent album.

Frequently Asked Questions
After your initial inquiry comes through, the first step is to set up a phone call. The chemistry between the client and the photographer is my number one priority.
My standard timeline for gallery delivery is 8 weeks for weddings and 4 weeks for portrait sessions.
The number of images depends on the hours of coverage that you choose for your wedding.
I truly enjoy serving destinations all over the world.
It is highly recommended that every OHP client starts their experience with an engagement session. This allows everyone to get some practice in and get comfortable before the wedding day.

It's the Perfect Time to Elope
Elopements and intimate weddings are beautiful expressions of what you hold most dear. When all that is assumed about a wedding day gets stripped down, only what is absolutely valued remains. These events have been some of the most priceless celebrations of the century. Our desire is that these types of events continue even after they are no longer required.
